The Process

Capability development at Aude Thoughts Lab begins with a discovery session to provide individuals with insights and recommendations for their learning track. Aude Thoughts Lab recommends that all participants begin their programme with the core capabilities modules first. At the end of each module, learners will be guided on embedding their learned skills and practices in their workplaces.

The discovery session also applies to learners training as a group; in addition to the organisation's priorities, the cohort's collective strength profile, which is gathered from each individual team member's discovery sessions, will serve as a guide for Aude Thoughts Lab to curate a relevant and impactful learning track for the group,

  • All participants will complete Aude Thoughts Lab's proprietary 65-question survey and undergo an interview.

  • Based on the discovery session findings and recommendations, they may prioritise their learning track.

  • Regardless of the chosen learning track, individuals must undergo the core capabilities courses before capstone courses.

  • Aude Thoughts Lab will guide or advise participants on how to embed learned skills in the workplace.
