A Stackable Toolkit
AUDE Thoughts Lab's capability development program is divided into 3 module groups.
To begin, every learner completes a survey and interview that will map their character strengths and shadows. The session enables both the learner and AUDE Thoughts Lab to plan an effective learning track.
The learning phase consists of two groups of modules: the first group builds foundational capabilities. In the second group, learners will discover how to apply their foundational capabilities to attain higher-order leadership abilities.
